AOG Vision is a service operated by Vision AOG LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Vision AOG LLC," "AOG Vision," "we," "us," or "our"). Vision AOG LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using visionaog.com or any of our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

AOG Vision is a logistics command platform built for aircraft-on-ground ("AOG") operations. We provide real-time shipment tracking, dispatcher coordination, driver mobile workflows, customer-facing tracking links, and SMS/email notifications to our enterprise customers and their authorized users.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information (name, email, phone, employer, role)
Job and shipment details submitted by dispatchers and operators
Photographs, signatures, and proof-of-delivery records uploaded by drivers and customers
Communications with our support team
SMS opt-in records (timestamp, IP address, consent text shown)

Information collected automatically

Driver mobile app: GPS coordinates, speed, heading, and battery level (only while a driver is actively assigned to a shipment)
Device and app metadata (OS, app version, IP address, session identifiers)
Server logs of API requests for security and performance

3. How we use information

To provide AOG Vision's tracking, dispatch, and notification services
To send transactional SMS and email notifications
To verify identities and provide two-factor authentication
To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents
To improve the platform and develop new features
To comply with legal obligations

4. SMS messaging and mobile information

SMS messaging from AOG Vision is entirely optional. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase, account creation, or service. You can use AOG Vision in full — placing freight orders, tracking shipments, and receiving deliveries — without subscribing to SMS.

Phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and other mobile information collected by AOG Vision will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information are subject to this restriction. SMS consent is not transferable. We share phone numbers only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) and with the dispatcher or organization that originated your job. 5. How we share information

With your employer or the organization that issued your AOG Vision account
With dispatchers, drivers, and recipients involved in a specific shipment
With service providers (Twilio for SMS, SendGrid for email, Cloudflare for security/CDN, Supabase for database hosting, Hetzner for application hosting, TomTom for mapping, OpenWeatherMap for weather data, FlightAware for flight data) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
When required by law, subpoena, or court order
In connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, asset sale)

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We retain operational data (job records, GPS history, photos, signatures) for the period required to fulfill our enterprise contract with the originating organization, plus any legally required period. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deactivation for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, audit logs, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication.

8. Your choices and rights

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP
You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR)

9. Children

AOG Vision is a business platform and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
