These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AOG Vision, a logistics command platform for aircraft-on-ground operations operated at visionaog.com. AOG Vision is operated by Vision AOG LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Vision AOG LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using AOG Vision, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
AOG Vision is a business platform intended for use by airlines, operators, dispatchers, drivers, ground handlers, and other aviation-industry professionals authorized by their organization to access the service. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Accounts and authorization
- You must register an account with accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use AOG Vision for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
- Send spam, malware, or harassing communications via the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its supporting infrastructure.
- Use the platform to misrepresent shipment status, falsify records, or evade regulatory obligations.
4. Customer data and ownership
You retain ownership of the data your organization submits to AOG Vision ("Customer Data"). You grant AOG Vision a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell Customer Data.
5. Service availability
We work to keep AOG Vision available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure, and other events may cause downtime. Critical security updates may be applied with limited notice.
6. Communications and SMS
SMS subscription is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS from AOG Vision is not a condition of any purchase, account creation, or use of the service. End users may decline SMS and still use the platform in full. See our SMS Opt-In and Messaging Policy for details.
Program name: AOG Vision Operational Notifications. Program description: AOG Vision sends transactional SMS messages to authorized airline dispatchers, drivers, ground handlers, and customers regarding aircraft-on-ground (AOG) shipments, including driver assignment alerts, pickup and delivery status updates, ETA changes, public tracking links, signature requests, and dispatcher coordination messages. AOG Vision does not use SMS for account login, password reset, or two-factor authentication; security codes are delivered via TOTP authenticator apps and email only. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on shipment activity. A typical user receives between 2 and 15 messages per active shipment. There is no fixed cap; messages are triggered by real-time logistics events.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. AOG Vision does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any AOG Vision SMS message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to that number. Help: Reply HELP to any AOG Vision SMS message for support information, or email [email protected].

Privacy of mobile information: Phone numbers and SMS opt-in status collected by AOG Vision will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information are subject to this restriction. SMS consent is not transferable. 7. Third-party services
AOG Vision integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), Cloudflare (security/CDN), Supabase (database), Hetzner (hosting), TomTom (mapping), OpenWeatherMap (weather), and FlightAware (flight data). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
8. Fees
Use of AOG Vision may be subject to subscription or per-use fees as set forth in your separate agreement with AOG Vision. If no separate agreement is in place, access may be revoked at any time.
9. Disclaimers
AOG VISION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INFORMATION DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE. DECISIONS REGARDING AIRCRAFT, PARTS, AND SAFETY REMAIN YOUR ORGANIZATION'S RESPONSIBILITY.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AOG VISION AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO AOG VISION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AOG Vision harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AOG Vision at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of AOG Vision after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
